Constant Nausea and Sweating – anyone know what this could be?

I have frequent headaches, mild nausea that’s constant, and constant sweating interspersed with periods of having chills (not sure if I have a fever or not).

Anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be?

    Go to the Doctor or ER. Your running a fever obviously if your sweating and having cold chills. Also could be the flu could be just about anything in the world.

    If you have frequent headaches, do you by chance have sore muscles along side your neck, under your ear, or in the back of your head? A squeeze between finger and thumb will tell if there is pain hiding there. If there is, if you write me I can help you with that and getting rid of those pains will help the rest.
